TRAINING PLANS:
3 Sessions for $105 ($35 per session)
This plan is for you if you workout regularly on your own, but would like to have a personal trainer give you an exercise program that is specific to your current goals and needs. The sessions will include one exercise program in which you will learn proper form and technique as well as gain understanding about the exercise benefits and associated muscle groups. You will also gain the knowledge and skills to intensify the workout as well as create your own workouts.
6 Sessions for $180 ($30 per session)
This plan is highly recommended because 6 weeks is a good amount of time to adhere to an exercise program and make it a part of your life. The sessions will include 2 different exercise programs that are in accordance to your goals. During that time you will learn proper form and technique as well as gain understanding about the exercise benefits and associated muscle groups. You will also gain the knowledge and skills to intensify the workouts as well as create your own workouts. If you choose to continue at the end of the 6 weeks, we will reevaluate and set new goals if needed. This package is a great value.
12 Sessions for $360 ($30 per session) and recieve 1 FREE Session
This plan is designed for you if you enjoy the mentorship of a personal trainer and would like to have the motivation and assistance for a longer term. If you need the extra push and motivation, you will do well with this plan because for 12 weeks the trainer will make sure you complete your weekly workouts by giving reminder calls, variety of routines, and by helping make exercise enjoyable. You will learn 4-5 different workout routines and will have the knowledge and skills to progress and intensify them as well as create new workouts. After 6 weeks, we will reevaluate and set new goals if needed. This package is wonderful if you are looking for a long-term trainer.
